Pours deep red with a medium, creamy off-white head. Super duration. Aroma is wonderfully hoppy, good pine, a heavy sweetness behind it. Some berries and caramel as well. Very creamy mouthfeel depite a rather high carbonation. Flavour is lightly funky, super bitterness with lots of pine and grapefruit. Feels light for 7,5 % ABV. Long fruity aftertaste. Perhaps it is a bit too sweet for me (behind all the hops). ChristianScheffel (4557), Odense, Denmark

Pine, resin, perfume-y peach in the aroma. Rather sweet with a rough hop bitterness. Maybe too much high alpha hop? yespr (12311), Copenhagen O, Denmark

| 3.7 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 8/10 | 4/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 15/20 | Mar 26, 2008 Draft at The Rover. Pours amber with decent white head. Aroma is very piney with spritzes of light fruitiness as well. The taste is predominantly piney with just a tinge of malt support. I can’t say I got the creamy palate most other people seem to have gotten, which is disappointing. Good thing this beer can stand tall above that. The finish is very bitter and doesn’t linger too much. A very solid IPA. Jonte (824), Gothenburg, Sweden

Very nice hoppy aroma, fruity over all, but also a bit resiny, and with a milky fudge touch. Very good body, not sticky, but with a good sweet caramel and malt flavor, complemented by the strong hopping, balancing between subtle fruitness and elegant resins. Needless to say, the final is very long and strong, still with some sugars to moderate the hops. Excellent.
