| 3.3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 14/20 | Oct 2, 2007 Clear amber pour completed by a light off-white head. A floral and herbal combination of hop aromas is supported by a toasty and bready malt foundation. While it grows a certain bitterness, it remains even maltier. Not as crisp nor aromatic as the excellent Dugges Holy Cow. It seems oilier, more hesitant and less bright despite being more piney and bitter. Still quality stuff though. cgarvieuk (4198), Edinburgh, Scotland
