Copper brown color, small off-white head. Fruity ("kiwi fruits"), hoppy aroma, similar to Beer Hunters NZPA - 5 different aromatic hops used here! Fruity - very fruity hoppy flavor. Long bitter and dry aftertaste.

Draught@SBWF2007. Deep amber colour, mediumsized white foamy head., Aroma is big hoppyness with really flowery notes along with orange peels. Flavour is very hoppy, caramelly. Really wellbalanced and refreshing. Hides the alcohol well!

(Draught at Stockholm Beer Festival, 21 Sep 2007) Reddish amber colour with frothy beige head. Fruity, hoppy nose with dark fruit, orange peel and pine needles. Fruity taste with notes of dark fruit, grapefruit, orange and loads of pine needles in a long, hoppy finish. Great hop character, slightly sweetish. Great beer.

(Draught at Glenfiddich Warehouse No 68, Stockholm, 13 april) Dark brown colour with a firm off-white head. Fruity nose with citrus peel, blood oranges and loads of hop aromas. Fruity taste with the same notes of citrus and blood oranges. Lovely hop character, but the taste is slightly less balanced than the nose. Still, great beer, and this brewery seems to be growing in confidence.

Draught at Oliver Twist, Stockholm. Poured copper-coloured with a huge, creamy tan head. Complex hop aroma-definitely citrus, but also spices and apples. Bitter as can be with grapefruit hoppiness taking the lead. Still, other fruit linger in the background. A wonderful Swedish IPA

Draught@The Rover, Gothenburg. Amber with a stable, creamy offwhite-coloured head. Potent citrussy hop aroma, mostly grapefruit. Flavours are very bitter indeed with grapefruit showing you who is the boss. Quite full-bodied, medium carbonation. Absolutely fabulous.

Sweeter than the bollox, the hops are downplayed a bit. But the aroma develops, the beer opens up to give a piney twist in the tail.

Bottle at RBESG 2007. Wow, I really liked this one. Chestnut colour with thin beige head. Nice IPA aroma. Good aggressive grapefruit. Lovely everything. Jeez, that’s awesome. First proper IPA of the day.

(RBESG 2007, Glasgow. Bottle) Golden color, small head. Really hoppy aroma, oranges, citrus, apples and with grassy notes. Hoppy, grassy flavor, lots of hops, metallic notes, grapfruit. Rather dry.
Earlier Rating: 4/29/2007 Total Score: 3.8
Amber color, rich head. Hoppy, citric aroma, greapfruit notes and some sweeter fruits. Very hoppy, bitter flavor, citric and with some fruits. The bitterness follows you al lthe way to the finish.
