Oct 12, 2009 Bottle (Stockholm Beer Festival 2009) - Hazy amber in colour. Hoppy aroma with spicy malt, toffee and grapefruit. Malty and hoppy taste with grapefruit and toffee. Enjoyable stuff.

May 16, 2009 courtesy of Per - hazy amber-brown colour with a poor head retention; very malty aroma (bread, marzipan and caramel) with flowery hoppy tones in the background, medium- to full-bodied and quite acidic; a late bitterness introduces a long malty and flowery hoppy finish - unusual IPA but a good beer

Dec 19, 2008 50 cl bottle, via sk8viking. Pours a hazy dark copper body with a huge craggy foamy beige head. Lots of visible carbonation. Really nice floral hoppiness on the nose with some slight citrus rind. Some caramel, toffee, and biscuity malt. Fairly light bitterness to go with all the floral hop flavor, dry caramel malt, and some earthy yeast. Finishes with some crystal malt stale iced tea astringency. Mouthfeel is very soft with light gentle carbonation. The fizz must have all blown off when it created that big head. This is pretty good, but in general, I could go for some brighter hoppiness.

Dec 5, 2008 Heavy hoppy aroma. Huge frothy, light brown head. Good lacing. Mostly lasting longevity. Cloudy, red brown body. Heavy bitter and smoked flavor. Medium palate.

Nov 21, 2008 Bottle at home from my Copenhagen haul ... Nice copper with big short lived foam head ... malty pine hop ... big fruity pine hop ... little sweet ... big citrus ...little smokey ... Having with a spicy pizza had destroyed the subtly tones ... but its really working for me ... another duggees hit... though a bit over carbonated
