Commercial Description:

Amber color. Very nice aroma of hops, green hops, quite grassy. Excellent malty flavor, good body structure, mellow; caramel; very good hopping (aromatic and very long final); some resins. Excellent hoppy brew.

Draught at Bishops Arms. Pours dark amber with a hint of haziness and a thin but creamy beige head. Aroma is dominated by hops, citrus, flowers and pine. A little caramellish maltiness blends in with all the wonderful hops, and I sense a faint scent of yeast as well. Smooth mouthfeel. Alcohol not noticable, and a distinct bitterness lingers in the finish.

Brown, amber and a bit unclear. Has a lasting off-white head. Aroma is very hoppy and spicy, notes of iron. Flavor is heavy, harsh bitter, long duration. Dry, dry texture.
