Aroma of peach and citrus hops. Dry and hoppy flavour and quite bitter. sebletitje (1880), Tampa, Florida, USA Jun 27, 2009 bottle at Gotherborg beerfest
pours dark brown, off white head.
Aroma is malty, with some bitter floral nose, some light roast and coffee.
Taste, malty, light roasted palate followed by a floral and herbal hop balance. yespr (11645), Copenhagen O, Denmark Mar 27, 2009 From tap at Bishops Arms, Malmö. Pours hazy orange with a small off white head. Roasted malt and fruity hops aroma. Flavour is mild roasted, solid hoppy bitter and floral. Light bodied. Citric and fruity int the finish. Dry and bitter, light bodied brew. davidpl (435), Santiago, Chile Jan 10, 2009 Thanks Omhper for this bottle.
Appearance: amber color. Medium to big head, dense, lasting y with good adherence to glass.
Aroma: caramel, nuts, dry flowers, hay and earthy notes from yeast.
Flavor: very light toast, dry-hoppy progress with flowery and dry-herby profile. Nutty and with reminiscences of hay and apple skin; slight citrus note like oranges. Final background with two faint and rare ashy and moldy notes, maybe for yeast problems.
Palate: light to medium body and medium carbonation.
Remark: the latter ashy and moldy notes hide partly the first good impression in this beer. fonefan (10868), VestJylland, Denmark Nov 17, 2008 Bottle 50cl. @ TFODRBSG 2008, Ulfborg, Denmark Clear light to medium amber color with a average, frothy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, roasted, caramel. moderate hoppy, grapefruit, citrus shell, grass notes. Flavor is moderate sweet and moderate to light light heavy bitter with a average duration. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. (230808) Papsoe (14642), Frederiksberg, Denmark Oct 30, 2008 Updated: Nov 16, 2008(Bottle 50 cl) Courtesy of yngwie. Clear amber golden with a small, off-white head. Fat citrusy aroma. Light-bodied, a little caramel and fruit but otherwise completely dominated by dry and bitter aroma hops. More of an American Pale Ale really. 230808 and 180908
