Dark brown color, small off-white head. Flowery grassy hoppy aroma. Light palate, a bit sweet, lightly hoppy. Sweetish and light bitter - but balanced. (5/3/5/3/11 2.7)
Re-rated, bottled (BB 08/2008)
Ruby color, small brownish head, lively carbonation. Aromatic hoppy nose, a bit piney. Watery backbone, not very malty. On the other hand crisp hoppy: pine needles and resin. Lingering metallic hoppyness with toasty notes in the aftertaste. Some Dugges-yeast also in the flavor. A bit unbalanced, could be maltier too. But brew has at least some character.
