| 3.6 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 5/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 14/20 | Jun 11, 2007 At the brewery. A dark brown beer with a red shine under a thick brown head. The aroma is sweet with loads of chocolate as well as hints of acidity from the very hard roasted malt. The flavor is sweet and starting off with strong notes of chocolate, but then the roasted malt gains in strength combined with a hint of acidity from the hard roasted malt, to give it a rather dry finish that last for a long time. The mouthfeel is very smooth.
