Dec 1, 2006 (Draught@Pikkulintu) Slightly hazy,dark ruby red with a small, but lasting and lacy head. Toffee-malty, christmas-spicy and flowery-hoppy, balanced and tempting aroma. Woody-hoppy, toffee-malty, dryish flavor with a strong, anise-licoricey finish. Medium-bodied, slicky palate with quite low carbonation. A very nice and balanced, christmasy, but not spicewise overdone brew.

Nov 29, 2006 Updated: Jan 9, 2007(Draught) Pours mahogny/red with a nice, stable white head. Something really Dugg-ish over this aroma. Some roses and other flowers. Fruity with apricots, starfruits and blueberries. Bread spices and small hints of a chilly autumn evening. Clean and round nose. Toothpaste and anice/liquorice flavour with notes of pine and milk chocolate. Fresh, light bitterness and crispy carbonation. Afterbitterness blended with salt and chocolate. Light dry, tart finish. Spicy palate. Medium body.

Nov 26, 2006 Draught at the Rover in Göteborg with Gnoff. Malty caramel and chocolate aroma. Very good, taste sweet and a bit salty as well! For the christmas beer style: it sets an example.

Nov 13, 2006 Draught at Glenfiddich Warehouse 68. dark ruby brown with a big beige foam. Dusty. resiny and spicu aroma of blueberries and wormwood. Flavour is dominated by juniper, wormwood and grassy hops with a light sweetness from blueberries. Very flavourful but the malt could be more expressive. Long big bitterness of juniper and dusty grassy hops. Very interesting! Enbärsdricka?
