Nov 26, 2007 Draught at Glenfiddich Warehouse and Man in the Moon, Stockholm. Dark brown, average head. Rich aroma of dried fruit, yeast and orange. Sweet and full bodied, boldy malty with clean mouthfeel. Notes of molasses and cinnamon. Fairly low bitterness.

Feb 11, 2008 Draught @ Bishops Arms, Malmö. Pours a very dark ruby color with a small off-white head. Roasted malty chocolate aroma with some nice hoppy hints, also some weak hints of smoke. Roasted malty and slightly smoky flavor with some hints of chocolate. Roasted malty finish.

Clear dark red color, light brown head. Salmiak, smoke, clove, rubber and coffee taste. Roasted aftertaste. Roasted, spicy and a bit acidic scent. Smooth almost thick mouthfeel, medium high bitterness.

An old keg that has been left for about one year, tested to see what it was like and it was nice!
Clear deep dark copper to red color, fluffy tan head. Smoke, fruity and malty scent. Smoke, malty, a bit acidic taste. Smooth mouthfeel, medium bitterness.
A year didn’tdo any worse for sure!

Dark brown colour with a tint of red. Pale brown head. Very light Belgo-yeasty in aroma with toast malt and a number of "darker" sensations. A hodgepodge of flavours here and a big, chewy mouthfeel. Bit salty and licoricy. Smoke and hops in balance. Good solid malty with a touch of toastiness. The Belgian profile is very subtle.

Dec 5, 2007 Draught at Glenfiddich Warehouse 68, Stockholm. POurs out in a dark reddish brown colour with a low sticky beige foam. Spicy and yeasty aroma of licorice, nutmeg, smoke, alcohol, berries and over-riped banana. Full-bodied with aspicy and warminf flavour of smoke, salt, licorice, wood, alcohol and nuts. Long spicy and semi-dry finish of licorice, cedar-wood, neutral yeast, orange-peels and alcohol.

Dec 19, 2007 (Draught at Akkurat, Stockholm, 7 Dec 2007) Dark brown colour with brief, pale brown head. Roasted, malty nose with notes of chocolate, dark fruit, wild berries and a hint of smoke. Roasted taste with tobacco, dark chocolate, coffee and a hint of smoke. Slight notes of acicidty in the finish. Very nice beer with an interesting mix of a belgian ale and a dry stout.
