Aroma is sweet, fruit, caramel. Flavour is sweet, fruit, yeast, sugar, malt. Pleasent nice beer. yngwie (4880), Kristiansand, Norway Mar 26, 2009 Bottle from trade with jbrus. An amber to copper pours leaves a dense, beige head of moderate size. Some micro-floaties. Caramel-sweet nose with some roasted malts and white sugar. The flavor is much the same, with the sugar a bit more evident than in the nose. Caramel and roasted malts too. Decent carbonation level and a sweet finish. A pleasant beer, but sort of boring. Maybe expecting too much? Don’t think so. Wouldn’t shy away from having it again, but it’s not worth a detour. (090213)
