Oct 14, 2002 Straw color, slightly cloudy, small head. Straw nose. Wheat beer, slight hops with slight malts. Mild flavor. Finish is crisp and clean. Aftertaste is slightly hoppy. Not bad but nothing special.

Oct 15, 2001 One of the worst beers I’ve tried in many a year, 1st time it appeared a bit better, way to watery, some chill haze, but lacks in most every category. The wheat is not evident, the malts barely, and some hop tones at the finish. A total loser in my estimation, and not worth the effort or $$$ to sample.

Sep 5, 2001 Speaking of ass; this is a half-assed attempt at a hefe. Imagine one bottle of Weihenstephaner hefeweizen. Now imagine that beer poured into 5 different glasses, with the remainder of the glasses filled to the brim with water; that’s what this tastes like. Now imagine me pouring this down the drain, and cursing the day this swill was brewed; that’s what I’m doing right now.
