| 3.4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 4/5 | 6/10 | 5/5 | 13/20 | Jun 15, 2008 Presentation: Poured from a 12oz bottle into a pint glass glass. It pours with a thin foamy off white head that fades to just a small ring around the edge of the glass. The color of the beer itself is a bright golden color with great clarity. The aroma has just a light aromatic and citrus hops nose. It starts off with sweet bready malts and light grain up front that turns to a thin herbal and leafy hops flavor with a touch of citrus in the middle. The finish is mildly bitter and fades out nicely. On the palate it has a smooth yet thin texture with mild carbonation and a light to medium body. Overall it has a good drinkability with an average flavor.

| 3.7 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 4/5 | 7/10 | 4/5 | 15/20 | Jun 15, 2008 Bottle. A clear, golden beer with a small, creamy beige head. Hoppy nose with pine, tending towards fluor, as well as a full maltyness. Malty and sweet flavor with beef-stock notes and a good dash of piney hops to balance to, rather than overpowering it as I more or less expected. Full to medium body and a long, piney finish. A beer on the hoppy side, but more balanced than many APA’s, and quite low on bitterness. Easy to drink and quenching. (080412) beerguy101 (3940), Newark, California, USA
| 2.6 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 3/5 | 5/10 | 2/5 | 11/20 | Jun 12, 2008 This American Pale pours a medium copper color from a 12oz bottle. Small sized white foamy head. The aroma is caramel and sweet, some floral hops. A medium to light bodied American Pale Ale. The malts are caramel and sweet. The hops are citrusy and floral. It’s a little thin and watery. The hops could be a little more assertive. Lively carbonation, in fact there is some of that carbonic acid/club soda flavor here as well. Mouthfeel is a touch thin. The finish is crisp and clean. The aftertaste is slightly bitter. MtStateBeer (81), Hurricane, West Virginia, USA
