| 3.4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 14/20 | May 7, 2008 12 oz. Orange-copper and clear, with a creamy head that leaves some soapy lace. Aroma is some earthy spice and dried wood, maybe some green wood, and honey. Flavor is caramel, earthy resin, toasted honey-nut, lemon, and cocoa. Light-medium body is a bit too frothy, and slightly dry. mmmbeer (765), Austin, Texas, USA
| 3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 12/20 | Apr 28, 2008 Bottle poured into shaker- poured transparent light copper golden, medium carbonation of small bubbles, white head bubbled away after a few minutes-minimal lacing. Light aroma of grass and hops. Hits the mouth with a defined medium body, hops are very present from the first second, malt combines with the hops which is kind of unique, finish collapses entirely however. Much better than their IPA. kidmartinek (1001), austin, Texas, USA
