Oct 21, 2009 Bottle from sampler pack. Pours a clear amber color with a medium sized off-white head with limited staying power. Very mild aroma with a mixture of roasted caramel malt and hops. The flavor has more of a hop bite to it with some lingering bitterness in the aftertaste.

Possibly not the freshest pine hops aroma with a little caramel. Clear dark gold with some white wisps and ring. Mineral watery and balanced on the bitter side, with some caramel/toffee malt and spicy, herbal hops. Light to medium body, not quite crisp, slightly bitter and tangy finish, medium carbonation.

Aug 19, 2009 Copper pour with small white head. Light nose of citrus. Flavor does have a little bite of hops up front that fades to a sweet malty backing. Mild body with soapy bitter finish.
