Can definitely taste the Cascade hops, but they’re not as dominant as usual. Caramel and citrus taste as well... slightly floral also.

| 3.1 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 4/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 12/20 | Oct 16, 2007 A beautiful beer that turns out to be okay. Very nice dark amber color with a thick tan head that leaves good lacing. Light aroma. I can really only pick out some malt, hops, and a bit of sweetness. Moderate mouthfeel. Malt is prevelant in the taste. A little sweet. Crisp, hoppy finish. A slightly bitter aftertaste. As with other J W Dundees beers, this one is pretty good for the price. dp (512), uniontown, Ohio, USA
