Sep 15, 2007 Pours an orange-gold with a substantial amount of beige head. A hoppy aroma is evident. Smooth and medium mouth feel. Maybe a little fruity as well. Almost tastes like a milder IPA. It’s pretty good.

Sep 2, 2007 Copper pour. Very vague hoppiness on both the aroma and the flavor. Malt character was much too muted giving this more of a ’diet IPA’ aspect than a Pale Ale aspect. Slightly thicker mouthfeel than I was expecting.

Aug 29, 2007 Bottle. Smell is similar to molasses. It smells really sweet and concentrated and heavy. Slight sweet alcohol smell. Really underplayed for a Pale Ale. Slightly soapy on the palate. AVERAGE pale ale.
