Commercial Description:
A wonderfully balanced true pale ale. Cascade, Tomahawk, and Amarillo hops create a citrusy aroma with a smooth, crisp finish. A subdued malt character nicely complements the hop complexity and produces an orangey amber hue.

12oz - It just doest feel like there was any craft put into HFBC’s "craft" beers.

Pretty much the same beer as the IPA, onlty less hoppy. A wonderful inexpensive g uzzling beer.

Poured darkish amber with a loose, white head. Malty nose with hay and hints of fruit. Initial biscuity taste and a creamy mouthfeel lead to a sharp astringency with a longish dry finish. Hoppy, but the astringency overpowers it a bit, though it did improve about two thirds of the way down the glass - overcarbonated, perhaps?

dark amber in color; highly carbonated. I found it to be quite light-bodied with a good easy-drinking hop flavor - certainly not a beer that will satisfy "hop-heads," but good nonetheless.

12 oz bottle. Pours to a bright, light amber color, with a soapy, white head that fades, and a vibrant carbonation. The nose on this beer is pleasing, with some nice, mild cirtus hop aroma. The palate is lean, with some pale and caramel malt flavor. This beer finishes light pale and sweet malt flavors up front, then ends with some mild, but pleasing citrus hop bitterness that lingers. A pretty nice example of pale ale, and for the price, a very good buy indeed.

Bottle. Fairly decent in the end. Nice aromatic hop notes in the nose. palate feels a little thin and straightforward/dull. There is some nice flavour in here, but there is no depth and complexity. Some citric, lightly piney hop notes in here. Drinkable stuff.

VERY clear orange. Sweet malt and floral hop aroma. Sharp conditioning sting, but still a pleasant PA overall. Nice hop profile with good hop/malt balance. never cared for anything else by this brewer, but I was plesantly surprised to find this was actaully pretty good.

Light Amber Coloring with White Skin. Sweet Caramel Malt Aroma. Alot of Carbonation...Sweet, Lighter Caramel Notes...Some Underlying Hop Notes...Caramel Dry Finish. Just a Bit Cardboardy Aftertaste.
