Bottle 50F Lager. Mildly hoppy notes, balanced against sweet fruitiness, presence of malts but very subtle. Smells good. Large white head, that lasts for a substatial time, good lacing very nice lacing in fact. Amber color but clear. Initially good hop notes, that fade and then reappear at the end. Good character to the beer, a bit of malt and good amounts of hops, not unwanted grassy tastes, For $5 a sixer I think this is a good beer. Light mouthfeel, with light carbonation, slightly watered down in taste but still satisfying. Easy to drink and cheap, great value beer.

The beer swishes from the 12-ounce aluminum bottle a clear gold with a modest white frothy head; upon its demise the lace forms a thin sheet to cover the glass. Nose is rich in malt, sweet and crisp to the senses, start is lightly sweet with a decent grain presence, top is light to moderate in feel. Finish is nicely hopped, the acidity adequate and the aftertaste quite dry, a drinkable beer.

A hazy orange beer with a lazing beige head. The aroma is sweet malty with a light flowery note. The flavor is sweet malty with light notes of flowers and elderberries.

Pours a clear dark amber, no head. Flavor is of sweet malts and citrus hops, pretty good pale ale actually and very drinkable, hops aren’t too bitter and the sweetness makes it different from other beers.

(Bottle 35,5 cl) Pours a clear, amber golden with tiny impurities. Small, white head. Light aroma of hops. Thin body with vague caramel notes and a lightly hoppy finish. Very drinkable, but not really a grand APA. 210606

Not much to this, especially for a pale ale. No head or lacing, little aroma, and while I noted a hint of fruit in the flavor, not nearly what I would expect from a PA. An okay-to-good beer at best, but as part of a cheaply priced mixed bag, about what I deserved.

This was an OK pale ale but nothing spectacular. I tried it in the mixed case of JW Dundee beers.

Not the best for its type. Background hops, flavor, and bitterness. Nothing hops out. Does have balance to all ingredients. Light aromaflavor, light aftertaste. But it is not terrible.
