Commercial Description:
Our India Pale Ale is brewed with an aggressive hop profile derived from Amarillo and Simcoe hops. A blend of Crystal malts creates the backbone which supports the hop character without diminishing it.

From a Dundees mix pack. Nice amber pour with a tight foamy head that laces nicely. A bit of a soapy hop aroma, along with a touch of citrus. Nicely balanced hop and light malty flavor. Refreshing on the palate. An ok multi-pack IPA.

Slightly more hoppy aroma than the pale ale. Has a medium fresh hoppy aroma. Flavor is medium bitter and some sweet malt. Decent brew. Could use more hops for the IPA style.

This was an OK IPA. It had the average IPA scent to it. Just some hoppiness and nothing else reallly. Little bit watered down but for the price it wasnt bad. Actually a little bit better than expected.

Bottle from sampler 12 pack that the wife brought back from her travels for work. Pours a beautiful Bronze/Gold. Little head to speak of. Nose of gentle flower hops and a hint of mint. Body is well balanced between cryastal malts and assertive but not aggresive hopping. Finish is grainy and a tad alkaline. legs are minimal and ephemeral. Tangy and well presented from start to finish. If they sold it at the rip and run in cases, Id contemplate buying one.

12oz bottle served in a Duvel tulip. Pours orange with a quickly dissipating white head. Smells of citrus and solvents. Light citrus flavor is detectable underneath some harsh graininess. This is my favorite so far from the sampler case i bought but that isn’t really saying much.

Malt out wieghs the hop but there is hop there. An almost brown sugar aroma as well. Orangish almost brown pour with thight white head and lace. Nice malt and a pretty fair bitter finish. A bit of a perfumy after taste. Palate is ok carbonation a tad hot for me. A bit surprising. I wasn’t expecting as much as I got.

Bottle Janie 08’. Eh, it passable but nothing to write home about. Foamy, watery, and rather boring. Hops are present but not tastefully balanced.
