| 3.1 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 4/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 12/20 | Jan 6, 2008 Pours a clear, light copper with a dense, frothy, beige head that leaves behind creamy lace as it diminishes. The aroma is fairly muted for an IPA: piny, citric hops on top of sweet, lightly bready malt. Fairly light bodied, for an IPA, the palate is soft and slick with a mildly bitter finish. Sweet malt up front with citrus and pine notes coming in behind. While it’s a decent drinker, the flavor isn’t particularly inspired. I can think of at least a dozen other IPAs, available locally, that I’d buy before I would purchase this one again. Arayaga2 (968), Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, USA
| 2.8 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 5/10 | 3/5 | 11/20 | Jan 3, 2008 Clear copper color with fast-fading white head. Aroma has a tiny bit of floral hoppiness, and it is sweet, but barely there, with a bit of also-subtle biscuityness. Taste is off and grainy, with a bit of stinging hop presence. Rather light, with a clean finish. A decent macroIPA nonetheless. yarry (370), Waterdown, Ontario, Canada

Pours a rich copper brown with a decent thick tan head. The aroma is largly hops, with some malt, some soap, and some citrus. The taste is hoppy and clean with a nice malt blend and a delicious citrus hop aftertaste. Both of JW Dundees Pale Ales (american and indian) are delicious Rynoplasty (513), Louisville, Kentucky, USA
| 3.2 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 12/20 | Dec 31, 2007 Pours a light amber with a medium white head. Aroma is malty and hoppy, as is the taste, with a small hop aftertaste but not much. A decent underhopped IPA, nothing special. BEERGUY007 (206), Scotia, New York, USA
| 3.2 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 4/5 | 7/10 | 4/5 | 12/20 | Dec 30, 2007 A nice IPA. Im not a fan of them but it is what it was supposed to be. I guess in the winter I like more dark beers. Drinkable. Nice head, light body. Better summer beer I think. Gpnterojd (164), Orangeville, Ontario, Canada
| 3.2 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 13/20 | Dec 26, 2007 It’s been far too long since I had an IPA, so my rating may be a little skewed. Pours a light clear amber. Aroma of cotton candy (very sweet malts) and citrusy hops. The flavour is mild... too mild. A bit of sweetness from the malt and a disappointingly small bitter kick from the hops. Pine and oak. Dry finish with a short lived aftertaste. Not bad, not great... but it’s an IPA, so yum. jasonlends (15), Louisville, Kentucky, USA
| 2.4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 4/5 | 5/10 | 2/5 | 8/20 | Dec 21, 2007 Pours golden with a big head that stays. Aroma is malty and floral. The flavor is pretty well balanced however not very complex and the body is thin. Not delicious, slightly enjoyable. wcampbell (577), Central, South Carolina, USA
