Commercial Description:
Our India Pale Ale is brewed with an aggressive hop profile derived from Amarillo and Simcoe hops. A blend of Crystal malts creates the backbone which supports the hop character without diminishing it.

Not a pale rather a dark amber colored beer with a nice foamy off white head. Fine caramel and fruity hop in the aroma. The medium bodied beer starts with a light malt taste but after a second the hop comes to dominate the flavor. Not so fruity like the other IPAs but drinkable one. Strong hoppy, dry finish.

bottle: Amber color with a respectable off white head. Caramel and flowery aroma. Initially a sweet caramel flavor. The sweetness eventually dulls and gives way to a bold finish. Not much of of the bitter hoppiness you would expect in most IPAs. Good carbonation but this is too sweet throughout. A bit of a letdown for a brew that appeared very good.

Dark amber orange with a tight creamy foam. Aroma is decent pine needle hops, some toffee. Taste is caramel, some floral and pine hops. Finishes a bit metallic.

12 oz. bottle. Pours a decent copper color with a once inch, foamy, yellowish head. The head fades relatively quickly. Strong citrus and vegetal aromas. Medium carbonation with a dry mouthfeel. Medium body. A vegetal, malty, sweet, bitter mess! Strong metallic taste as well. Dry and bitter taste lingers on the palate far too long. This beer is way out of balance and isn’t very good.

Bottle. Pours a copper color with a small tan head. Taste is of malt, caramel, pine and hops. A little sweet. Finish is slightly bitter and dry. Similar aroma. A little different for an IPA, but still pretty good.

Pours copper with a thin white head. Smells of citrus, caramel, yeasty. Tastes of citrus and spicy with an earthy finish.

355 mL bottle. Nice copper colour with a small, short-lived off-white head. Mild, slightly citric (hops) aroma. The flavour is also quite mild, making it really difficult to distinguish anythin in particular. Some, but not enough, bitterness, but really only in the finish. This is an inoffensive pale ale, not an IPA.

sampler pack Pours very nice amber color with off white head. Aroma is relatively weak, mostly citrusy hops with a hint of pine. Flavor is also weak, a little more of the pine flavor comes through than in the scent. Palate is somewhat watery and not enough hops in this IPA.
