Mar 16, 2009 sampler pack Pours very nice amber color with off white head. Aroma is relatively weak, mostly citrusy hops with a hint of pine. Flavor is also weak, a little more of the pine flavor comes through than in the scent. Palate is somewhat watery and not enough hops in this IPA.

Mar 4, 2009 Bouteille. Dégusté avec french tickler. Biere de couleur caramel avec un collet presque absent. Odeur d’alcool, miel, caramel, sucre et épices. Saveur d’épinettes, un peu le miel, un peu salé et citron.

Mar 3, 2009 Bottle Darkish brown with a gold hue pour. Citrusy and pine hops and caramel on the nose. Astringent taste, with hints of grass, citrus, pine and molasses.

Mar 1, 2009 Apparence orange claire avec une belle petit mousse blanche matte. Aromes de blé, caramel, pin et un peu d’agrumes. 60 IBU?? ... j’aurais estimé un gros 35 p-e... Pis la chu généreux. Elle ne fait pas dutout son "gros" 6.3%. Amertume d’une IPA de base qui quitte tres rapidement le palait. Corps leger qui tire un peu vers le moyen... Gout tres leger de houblon un peu plus evident que les aromes.

Feb 26, 2009 Decent aroma, although somewhat soapy hop smell? Not too pungent, but pungent enough to tease my nostrils. The copper color is decent. Thin head sits on top, but fades away quickly. Slight malt aroma as well. Good use of flavoring hops, but those bittering hops just aren’t cutting it. I don’t get that lasting bitter flavor on my tongue. I wish this were a bit stronger of a beer in terms of hop presence. Overall, fairly decent IPA with not much going for it other than it is cheap as hell. The use of hops are decent in the flavor, but not so much in the aroma. Cheers.

Feb 17, 2009 Bottle Pours a nice clear amber with an off white head. Does not lace well but last okay. Aroma of citrus hops. Has a good carbination. Mouthfeel is decent with a light to medium body. Has a good hoppy bitterness. Not overly hoppy but its there. Has a good crispness and a solid dry finish. This one kind of surprised me I did not think it would be as good as it was.

Feb 4, 2009 Fresh, spicy hop aroma. Good amber pour with lace. The flavor is dry and hoppy, but still pretty easy going. A nice IPA.
