| 2.3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 4/10 | 3/5 | 5/10 | 2/5 | 9/20 | Jan 29, 2009 Poured from the bottle into a pint glass. Pour produced a dark amber body, topped by a white head of foam. Aroma does not have the strong scent of hops that I have come to expect from this style, though it is not offensive, it is muted. Flavor is bitter with a undercurrent of sweetness. Palate leans more toward a burnt or toasted malt then to the crisp pine / citrus flavor of the hops. Aftertaste is bitter, again without the hop character. I would hesitate to call this an IPA. osu97gp (175), Atlanta, Georgia, USA
| 2.6 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 4/10 | 4/5 | 5/10 | 3/5 | 10/20 | Jan 25, 2009 Bottle. Pours a deep copper color with a large off white head. Aroma is mostly of malts with some very slight citrus hops. Flavor is the same as the smell with a wierd metallic after taste. Drinkable, but not good. PhatB420 (134), Pittsfield, Massachusetts, USA
| 3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 3/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 15/20 | Jan 24, 2009 Suprisingly this is a decent IPA, nothing over the top, just a decent beer. their new mix 12pack has some nice surprises in it. Snojerk321 (1999), San Diego, California, USA
| 2.3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 4/10 | 3/5 | 4/10 | 2/5 | 10/20 | Jan 23, 2009 12oz bottle. Wow, one of the lamest IPA’s I’ve ever tried. Pours blood orange in color with an off white head that left decent lacing. A very light malty nose followed by a malty and slightly bitter flavor. The best thing about this beer was its appearance by far, not very impressed with this brewery thus far. JFGrind (1353), Glenside, Pennsylvania, USA
| 3.1 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 14/20 | Jan 19, 2009 Labelled as ’Dundee’ IPA, part of a mixed case. Medium bodied IPA, average bitterness, c-hop aroma and flavor. Middle of the road English style IPA. fidelis83 (729), Clinton, Iowa, USA
| 2.9 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 5/10 | 3/5 | 12/20 | Jan 18, 2009 Pours a crisp clear copper with a 2 finger creamy beige head that has decent retention and leaves some lacing. Aroma is Grapefruit, pine, a little caramel and some berry like fruit notes. Flavor is citrus, pine, fruit notes, vague fruity sweetness and some caramel. Finish is sweet pine, slightly earthy and some strange tart metallic and bitter hop aftertaste. Pretty subpar for the style. Narnad (709), Wonder Lake, Illinois, USA
| 3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 3/5 | 5/10 | 3/5 | 14/20 | Jan 16, 2009 Pours a clear amber-orange with a 1/2 inch white, foamy head that diminishes quickly under the low carbonation of the beer. Aroma has a sweet caramel malt nose with great citrus hops and slight piney hop note. Flavor has a mild pine flavor up front and moves into a weak grapefruit citrus flavor with the sweetness of the malt coming through. The carbonation on this beer is a little low in my opinion and would make the beer a lot better with a slight increase. Overall Dundee created a mediocre IPA in my opinion. | 3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 12/20 | Jan 10, 2009 Pours clear orangish amber with about 1cm of fluffy off white head. The aroma is of light earthy American hops. The flavor consists of some soft lightly earthy and citrusy hops and a light malt backbone. Mouthfeel is moderate. Overall, it’s a mediocre IPA that you can find anywhere
