Commercial Description:
Our India Pale Ale is brewed with an aggressive hop profile derived from Amarillo and Simcoe hops. A blend of Crystal malts creates the backbone which supports the hop character without diminishing it.

12 ounce bottle from a JW Dundee craft pack. Poured a light golden color with a one finger width white bubbly head that disappeared quickly. The aroma consisted of very light citrus and hops. The taste was along the same lines as the aroma with subtle hints of pine and hops. Very light mouth feel also. There was nothing offensive about this beer but it was extremely bland. I think I have become spoiled by all of the excellent IPA’s that I have had in the past. This is a decent lawnmower beer, but really nothing else...

Amber pour with slight offwhite head. Aroma is slight citrus hop and some light sweet toffee malt. The flavor is old sad citrus hop which is overpowered by some sweet malting. A little blah but not undrinkable

Amber pour, very small head. Aroma holds floral, pine, and citrus hops, with notes of grapefruit and a bit of caramel malt. Flavor is much of the same, though with some more citrus, particularly orange and lemon. Palate is fairly thin, but acceptable for a cheaper brew. Not bad.

Light, golden copper color. Some good lacing. Sort of wet, cat hops. Bitter but it bites my tongue. Ouch! Not much in the way of flavor. Yes, bitter. Yes, wet. Nothing. Grapefruit. Ah! No. It’s in a glass.

Sharde with French Tickler. Lear orange appearance with an off white bubbly head. Aroma: light skungky aroma, orange zest, soft pine, and caramel. Flavor: hops, light peppery taste, orange peal and salt. Palate: light medium body, creamy, oily and a hoppy peppery finish.

This IPA has a sweet, bitter taste at first, but goes down extra smooth. A nice choice.

Great IPA. Well balanced, not too hoppy. Good malt backbone to back up the bitter hops. I’ve had better IPAs, but this is the best Dundee I’ve had, and not a bad IPA at all!

Pours a hazy orange color with a white frothy head. Aroma is mostly malts and some piney hops. Taste is blah, some malt, some hops, a little bitter but mostly boring.
