| 2.4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 2/5 | 5/10 | 2/5 | 10/20 | Oct 12, 2009 malty and sweet but quite light. not as good as other mass produced oktoberfests. an easy session beer and not too bad. dont expect to be blown away but definetly not a drain pour, right down the middle of the road. blindeyedbetty (152), Arlington, Virginia, USA
| 2.3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 4/10 | 3/5 | 4/10 | 3/5 | 9/20 | Oct 11, 2009 12 oz. bottle pours a ruby-copper color with carbonation swirlies throughout, culminating in frothy off-white head. Aroma is of malty maple. Front palate is caramel with a wheaty, hay-like middle and finish that’s almost sour. Thin bodied. Not as hearty as I’d hoped. GMUcrew7 (376), Mason, Ohio, USA
| 2.9 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 2/5 | 12/20 | Oct 10, 2009 Pours translucent amber/brown with a nice light tan head. Basic caramel malt aroma, not much else. Flavor is similar caramel, buttered bread and nuts. I’ve had worse Oktoberfests that cost more, not a great beer but a good value. johnnyoski (163), Macomb, Michigan, USA
| 3.1 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 4/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 12/20 | Oct 4, 2009 Bottle. Pours dark amber with an off white head. Sweet caramel and spices on the aroma. Initial malty flavor actually turns quite sweet with lots of caramel in the finish. Dry, sticky texture with lively carbonation. A pleasant surprise at a cheap cost. yinzerbeernut (63), Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, USA
| 2.4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 2/5 | 5/10 | 2/5 | 9/20 | Oct 3, 2009 Dark copper in color with an off white head. It took some time to solve the malt yet nightcrawler with a hint of caramel nose. Light to medium on mouthfeel with the nose matching the taste. You’re left with a off butter short lived aftertaste. Overall a below the curve Oktoberfest beer. 1010 (212), Marysville, Ohio, USA
