The beer pours a clear golden with practically no head. The aroma is skunky with some pleasant graininess. The flavor is skunky like a old eastern European lager that’s been sitting on the bottom shelf collecting dust, there is a light bitterness and a mild honey thing going on. This crap isn’t even brown. RickTStiles (52), New York, USA
| 1.5 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 2/10 | 2/5 | 4/10 | 2/5 | 5/20 | Nov 2, 2009 Updated: Nov 16, 2009A local favorite and our current house beer. Aroma is sweet with some filth and funk to it. Wimpy sweet and sour nose, watery body with a semi-sweet finish. Each Dundee has it’s own individual redeeming qualities but all share a subtle nastiness that can only be the water of the Genesee river. Anyone who has been to Rochester, NY knows what I’m talking about. Would you drink that water? Then why would you drink the beer? arondee (176), Tucson, Arizona, USA
| 2 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 4/10 | 3/5 | 4/10 | 2/5 | 7/20 | Nov 1, 2009 A favorite from back in the early days of college, let’s see how I like it today. It pours a light brown color with a small white head, lots of carbonation, and a little bit of lacing. Aroma is sweet caramel, honey, and corn. The taste is sweet but there’s a gross metallic bite to it. Corn and water tastes round off the finish. Not at all like I remembered. Just another crappy lager from Dundee. deyholla (739), Bloomington, Indiana, USA
| 2.5 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 3/10 | 3/5 | 10/20 | Oct 27, 2009 Bottle at the Bloomington Beer Festival. Poured a clear gold with a white head. Aroma was a mixture of hops and honey. The flavor was overwhelmed by honey, almost like a honey soda. IkesNephew (12), Henderson, Nevada, USA
| 2.8 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 4/10 | 4/5 | 5/10 | 2/5 | 13/20 | Oct 25, 2009 12 oz. bottle. Pale amber pour with minimal white head, just what a honey lager should look like. Aroma is sweet, of course, and a bit smoky, but more of a hoppy quality than I would like, reminds me a bit of brand name beers. Flavor is predictable, malted hops and honey, not incredibly complex, but very pleasant, low bitterness & alcohol bite. Goes down very smoothly, but finishes quickly and, for me, leaves my throat feeling a bit tacky. For $10 bucks for twelve, it’s definitely preferred over a Bud or Miller, I drink these to pad my beer budget between pricier brews. Jblauvs (619), Manchester, New Hampshire, USA

| 2.7 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 2/5 | 5/10 | 3/5 | 11/20 | Oct 21, 2009 Bottle pours a crystal clear golden amber color with a very thin white head that disappears quickly. Sweet and malty aroma. Similar taste with noticeable honey aspects. Crisp and clean drinking with a bit of a dry aftertaste. ghostmonkey (182), budd lake, New Jersey, USA
