Nothing too impressive about this brew, but I can faintly taste the honey. I wouldn’t go back to this one unless someone else.... no not even if someone brought it to my house for dinner.

Bottle. Brown with some lighter hues coming through. Decent carbonation. 1 inch head that dissipated quickly. No lacing. Some honey sweetness, malt in the aroma, mebbe a little yeast. Taste is kind of the same; weaker, a bit watery, standard malt driven... taste like a sweetened standard lager. Honey comes through in the aftertaste. Palate was watery, a little sticky and dry. Decent price, but I’d pay a few dollars more for something else.

Not a fan of this beer. I thought that this was rather light on the palate for an American Dark. Finishes too sweet...not really honey, more like sugar-water.

Presentation: Poured from a 12oz bottle into a pint glass. It has a golden amber color with excellent clarity. The head is thick and white in color. It hangs on for a short time and recedes to a thin cap that leaves very little lacing. There is a sweet bread malt aroma with some honey. It has a simple bready malt flavor with some sweetness from the honey. The hops are light and add just a hint of bitterness to the finish, which is crisp and clean. The texture is refreshingly smooth with a light to medium body and an average carbonation. Honey brown is very refreshing, clean and simple. Not bad at all for the price.

Malty sweet honey aroma. Light brownish yellow in color. Flavor is a bit like an American light lager with some honey squeezed in. Kind of bitter and kind of bland with no real positive notes. Light bodied. Still better than the American light lagers but not by much.

12 ounce bottle, served cold. Full flowering cap and lacing, and a golden-brown pour. Nice smell of hops, malt, and a little honey. The honey sweetness comes thru - but is it really made with honey, or is it just "honey flavor"? Fairly lite on the palate, with an unusual and pleasant caramel-honey tinged flavor. Pretty good, but it is a little similar to a supermarket brew with some honey added to it. For some reason, this beer makes me think of summer (maybe it is because I am drinking it on Memorial Day).

this is just a pretty nasty beer. I don’t know what would make it taste good. possibly some food... onion rings maybe?

Brownish amber appearance, not too much head. Standard lager aroma. There is a strong malty flavor that is pleasant. It’s somewhat smooth as well. Basically, it’s an enjoyable beer, though not breathtaking or anything.
