If you LOVEEEE honey you will like this beer, otherwise leave it alone. markas101 (589), Fargo, North Dakota, USA
| 2.3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 4/10 | 2/5 | 4/10 | 3/5 | 10/20 | Feb 24, 2008 33 cl bottle, Fargo. Applejuice colour, zero head, malty sweet smell. Pretty average, sweet aftertaste like something has been added. Bette than some of their other offerings I suppose. colts9016 (198), Idaho, USA
| 2.4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 4/10 | 3/5 | 5/10 | 4/5 | 8/20 | Feb 22, 2008 A dark amber color. The nose is malty, a hint of hops. The taste is a sutle malt with little to no hops. The finish is clean with just a touch of honey. A good game beer. Airlifter (116), Shawnee, Kansas, USA
| 3.8 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 4/5 | 17/20 | Feb 17, 2008 Dirty tan color with a thick off-white head. Mild malty aroma. Interesting flavor... Flowery? Lilac maybe? Some citrus, too. Yes, honey as well, but not too sweet. I actually liked this a lot. But it looks like I’m the only one! nimrod (53), USA
| 2.5 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 2/5 | 5/10 | 3/5 | 10/20 | Feb 16, 2008 12oz draught. Dark amber color with small head. Tastes like a bitter American Lager without much taste or aroma. You have to but this beer between your major macrobrews and your quality microbrews. I would only get this beer on special at the bar. | 2.5 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 3/5 | 4/10 | 3/5 | 10/20 | Feb 9, 2008 This may be the definition of a 2.5 beer. Completely unexciting, yet inoffensive, in every way. Clear brown, decent white head, faint aroma, faint flavor, Not much to say about it. Bungalo22 (326), Bridgeport, Connecticut, USA
| 2.2 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 3/10 | 2/5 | 4/10 | 2/5 | 11/20 | Feb 6, 2008 I had almost forgot this beer existed. I saw the bottle and it brought back some huge memories. Ah, faux micro brew of college in the mid-1990s. That is about where the good times end however. Looks good, pours with little head and tastes like honey. Not much more to it. I’ll give it some points for the affordable nature and for the quality and maybe a point or two for the memories. | 1.9 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 3/10 | 2/5 | 4/10 | 2/5 | 8/20 | Feb 4, 2008 Pours dark golden color with pale white head. Aroma is mainly malt, not much to it. Flavor is much like a generic American lager with a touch of honey. Priced like a Bud or MGD, but tastes a little better.
