It smells sweet and tastes less sugary than ’berry’ beers. It is so drinkable, makes the mouth water at the very thought. So good when super cold. Tap is the best. I think this is my most commanly drank brew. keith0718 (165), Olathe, Kansas, USA
| 2.6 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 3/5 | 5/10 | 3/5 | 10/20 | Oct 14, 2007 There are worse beers, but you can do much better than this one. Very average. I thought I even detected a bit of that grain alcohol taste which one finds in the US macro-brews. pintocb (520), Darsville, Georgia, USA
| 2.5 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 3/5 | 5/10 | 2/5 | 10/20 | Oct 11, 2007 A little lighter than amber. Not especially brown as advertised on the bottle. Smells a little biscuity. The flavor is smooth and sweet, but fake. Needs something to balance the fake sweetness. BallyLoser (134), Redmond, Washington, USA

| 2.8 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 3/5 | 5/10 | 3/5 | 12/20 | Oct 4, 2007 bottle poured a light amber in color with a thin layer of head on the beer and medium carbination. have not had one of these since college days. smell is malted, light nut, but overall has a very mild nose. taste is also on the thin side, i believe it is a honey sweetness in there but has a sweetness none the less, and finishes with a corn flavor. bottles have a new label, i think i liked the older one better. bottom line this is a swilling beer that costs a little more than bud and is preferable in my opinion. came in a cool 12 pack with six different brews two bottles of each, did not know dundees made that many and i had to at least try them. | 2 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 4/10 | 3/5 | 5/10 | 3/5 | 5/20 | Oct 4, 2007 Had this beer on 6/7/2007. Color is a deep gold with good carbonation and nice head. Aroma is like a basic Pils. Taste is light and clean. Starts with a light body that goes down easy. Finish comes in light and crisp with a mild malt flavor that is just barely sweet and ends with a very faint bitterness. Theres just not much to it and I do not taste any honey. obguthr (1072), Poquoson, Virginia, USA
| 1.2 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 2/10 | 2/5 | 3/10 | 1/5 | 4/20 | Sep 29, 2007 Very little on the nose, maybe some woody malts. Golden color, medium head, no retention. Almost flavorless. It does have a nice level of sourness.
