Pours a golden color with a white short lasting head. LIttle hops, kind of a sickly sweet finish. Fairly easy to drink. Not much in the way of flavor. Just kind of a metallic sweet finish. Fairly carbonated, and very light tasting. Nothing too special about this one at all. Reminds me of sweet tea. PilsnerPeter (2667), Flushing, New York, USA
| 1.9 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 4/10 | 3/5 | 3/10 | 2/5 | 7/20 | Oct 23, 2006 This stuff is like the cheapest American swill, with even more artificial sweetness added. Cheap corn syrup flavor, with a syrupy "honey" character. No substantial bitterness, or beer-like characteristics. Gethinbeer (1006), Nova Scotia, Canada

| 2.7 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 4/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 9/20 | Oct 13, 2006 Updated: Mar 14, 2008Good overall beer. Honey has a slight effect on the nose, other than that, it’s like a pale lager in its lack of signature. The color is the usual amber of a aple lager, with a tinge of brown/red. Honey provides a sweet taste in what would be an ordinary beer otherwise. Thin mouthfeel, and honey sweetness on the palate, which is not objectionable. One quality that I consider while rating a beer, which is not a category here, is its affordability vs. its quality. This beer is very drinkable, especially since its quality is good given its price. Lots of honey flavor, good consistency. It has a very sweet taste, but one you can deal with through an entire six pack. Not too interesting, but good. A solid 3. anders37 (4792), Malmö, Sweden
