Dec 7, 2007 Pours clear amber with thin head and light lacing. Smell is sweet and mildly malty. Flavor is Malty and tastes mildy of adjuncts. Mouthfeel is sweet and smooth. Not a bad beer.

Dec 5, 2007 pours a dark yellow/gold color. Thin white head that disappears quickly. A light kind of bock, but I would have it again. Kind of malty but it’s ok. The sampler pack was gien to me, nice pack, good everyday beer.

Dec 1, 2007 This pours a nice gold color. There is a lot of malt comin on the nose of this. Its actuallyt really good. I think its better than what everyone else is given this one. Has a little bitterness on the back end, but has a good malty flavor.

Nov 26, 2007 Pours a dark honey/orange colour with a white head that discipates quickley. Has a malty smell and taste. Pretty good. I drank this out of a shaker.

Nov 19, 2007 Pours a golden amber color with a big foamy white head that leaves good lacing. Sweet and light like many of the beers from this brewery, with caramel and light floral hops. Nothing complex about this one. Had a 12 oz bottle from their sampler pack.

Nov 18, 2007 Bottle poured into dimpled mug. Pours an amber colour with a big white head that immediately dissolves. Fizzy carbonation. Sweet caramel in the aroma while the flavour is rather light again with caramel. Decent drinking but very light bock.

Nov 10, 2007 Clear golden amber body with a medium frothy off-white head. Sweet caramel malt and molassas aroma with a light earthy hop hint. Sweet caramel and molassas flavor, light corn hints and some more earthy hops. Medium high carbonation on a grainy finish.
