Shared by Jerc and Mabel with Blankboy and I. Appearance: Yellow with a small white head. Aroma: Aftershave, malt, lactose. Flavour: Caramel, honey, malt. I’m so underwhelmed by this its not funny.

Pretty good, not usually my favorite style but this is a good representation of the category. Nice ABV without knowing it. Good taste and palate, better than some but again nothing special.

Bottle. Sweet grainy malt aroma, caramel notes. Amber hued golden with a light lacing creamy off-white head that remains as a thin layer atop the beer. Flavor is sweet some dark fruity notes, finishes dry. Decent bock. Light bodied.

A 12 oz bottle. the beer poured a dark yello with a white head. The smell is of grains. Taste is little bitter and carbonation. A 12 pack

Bottle (12oz) shared with garthicus, jerc & mabel -- c/o j&m. Pours a clear pale gold with a small diminishing white head. Aroma is sweet and...ugh, it’s pretty awful, thankfully it gets a little better. Flavour’s artificially sweet with fake honey or maple syrup or something. Slightly bitter finish is unpleasant. Average bodied. Another awful Dundee beer.

Bottle. Pours a deep golden amber color with a small white head. Smell is not enough to comment on. Taste is a great balance of hops and malts. The beer gets high marks on a smooth drink with great malty character balanced nicely with hops. Good smooth, decently bodied drink - malty ale. . ipso facto. . . bock

2009-04-21. Dark yellow, modest beige head. Mild aroma, light alcohol and pale malts. Sweetish malts are quite mild, not much here. Average palate has a syrupy quality to it. Bottle from Premier Gourmet
