Mar 9, 2009 12oz bottle from variety pack. Pours a slightly hazy light golden color with a small white head. Sweet doughy aroma. Starts light on flavor but eventually turns into a sweet malty taste. Very slight lingering bitterness. Creamy, slightly heavier than a macro lager and pretty heavily carbonated. Not bad but nothing special here.

Mar 3, 2009 12oz bottle 3/3/09 (Sam’s Wine & Spirits-Downers Grove)-Pours a dark golden with a nice big loose white head. Aroma of caramel and malt. Taste of malt along with some sweetness. This medium bodied brew is not bad but not big and malty.

Mar 3, 2009 Pours golden amber with a thin, light head. Caramel malt aroma and heavy carbonation. Flavor is a bit prickly to start, with the caramel malt dominating. Flavor fades quickly to a clean finish with a hint of the malt again. Simple, doable.

Mar 3, 2009 Golden pour with lots of bobbles and a thin white head. Aroma is sweet caramel malt with hints of malty sweetness. Flavor is a bit grainy and thin, but the sweetness of the style is there. Flavors are a bit lacking, but caramel is present in the finish. Palate is a tad watery but very drinkable.

Mar 3, 2009 Pours a reddish brown with medium sized head, interlaced with small, medium, and large sized bubbles. Smells of caramel and marshmallows. Metal taste with burnt malts and hint of pine hops. Watery mouthfeel.

Mar 2, 2009 Color is a deep gold with very good carbonation and a nice white head. Aroma is sweet with a pear like scent. Taste is smooth and sweet. Starting with a lighter medium body it goes down smooth, almost creamy. Finish comes in with a sweet hay taste then a hint of hops and some bitterness. After taste is clean with a lingering sweet feel. Not bad but not big and malty like the label claims it to be.

Feb 27, 2009 Deguste avec Pyrozoid. Apparence Orange/or tres claire, petites particule d’air et petite mousse beige. Aromes de butterscotch, caramel et noix. Tres bonne amertume equilibré en partant... corps moelleux et finition sec. Bon gout de butterscotch, malt caramelisé. La meilleur de la serie jusqua maintenant.
