Poured clear pale color with an average frothy white head that was mostly lasting with good lacing. Moderate citrus hop and yeast aroma. Medium body with a smooth texture and soft carbonation. Medium bitter flavor with a medium bitter finish of moderate duration.
My expectations where met with above average for style beer.

Pours clear golden, thin white head.
Pleasant floral hops with some malts.
Pilsener malts, grainy mouthfeel with a bittersweet floral palate followed by some citric elements. Hops bitterness seemed a little too much for my taste buds. Did not have the sweetness I would usually expect from a Bohemian. Ibrew2or3 (2761), Safety Harbor, Florida, USA
| 3.2 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 4/5 | 13/20 | Jul 29, 2009 On tap at the brewpub. Pours clear gold with thin bright white head and a lasting foam ring. The mild aroma brings up sugary malts along with just noticeable grains and floral hops (or maybe it’s really what I expect to smell in the absence of aroma). The taste is fresh and crisp and has premium hot weather drinkability. I get a rush of grainy malts, floral and spice hops. It gets a modest pulse of a refreshing level of hop bitterness to midway and to the finish. Tasty summer brew.
