Served in a shaker. Pours a straw/golden yellow with a HUGE head. Seriously, this thing is massive. Aroma is peach pie, citrus, some light malty notes. Astringent on the tongue, also creamy. Fore is peaches and apricot, also some tartness on the tongue. Finish is tart apricot, with some malt notes in there and a bit of a metallic twang. Had high hopes for this one but I am a bit let down. 1FastSTi (2588), Glendale, Wisconsin, USA
| 2.6 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 2/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 10/20 | Feb 14, 2007 Via Chuck. The beer pours to a thin straw colored body with a thin white head. The aroma is like apricot/peach Pez. The flavor is much the same as the aroma. I don’t dislike the aroma/flavor, I just don’t think it belongs in a fizzy pop beer. Fizzy Pez candies! | 3.6 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 3/5 | 8/10 | 4/5 | 16/20 | Feb 13, 2007 Bottle unkindly shared by Chuck :-) Cloudy light orange body, not much head. Sweet taffy/bubblegum aroma - might smell good to chicks. Nicely tart flavor - has the acidity of an unripe apricot with hefe huskiness, grapefruit rind, and light grassy hops in the finish. Everyone else at the table is dogging the flavor but the flavor has good natural components and a good tart bite. Dry finish that well-compliments the tartness. | 2.5 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 4/5 | 5/10 | 2/5 | 8/20 | Feb 13, 2007 Hazy gold, frothy off-white. Bubblegummy candy peach. Like chewy sugared peach candies. Okay, but too fake. Grainy, blah-like peach taste. Too fizzy. But, with that, not much flavor even. Just plain, not much character. MIBRomeo (1966), Wisconsin, USA
| 2.5 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 4/10 | 4/5 | 6/10 | 2/5 | 9/20 | Feb 13, 2007 yellowish coloreed pour w/ a fluffy white head and lots of visable carbonation some pretty good lacing. Aroma is a stale peach and apricot aroma fruity and crappy... I don’t even wanna drink this. palate is watery and fizzy. Flavor is extremly sweet definate apricot w/ a lightly tart finish. It’s not discusting but it’s not good. jgd0608 (187), Zeeland, Michigan, USA
| 3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 8/10 | 3/5 | 5/10 | 3/5 | 11/20 | Feb 3, 2007 Pint bottle courtesy of Degarth! Thanks! Pours a cloudy light orange, with a descent size off white head. The name has nailed it, i smell apricots and peaches. Interesting, tastes like apricot, then very tart. Pretty enjoyable, but not something i need to have again. FlacoAlto (2482), Tucson, Arizona, USA
| 3.2 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 4/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 12/20 | Dec 22, 2006 Sits with a lightly hazy, orangish tinged, straw gold colored body in my tulip glass. It is very well carbonated, as many streams of undulating rivulets bubble up through my glass. The carbonation maintains a fluffy, off-white colored head that starts out four-fingers thick. The aroma is quite fruity, with definitely noticeable apricot aromatics. The peach is here as well, but it is hard to differentiate between these two fruits. The fruit aromatics completely dominate the aromatic profile, but if you dig for it, there is a dry, lightly toasted grain character underneath.
Definitely well carbonated, the beer fizzes up into a frothy mass as it first hits my tongue. A quick, yet vigorous, swirl of my tulip glass, and I can no longer get to the beer underneath all of the foam again. This really has a dense, meringue like head that is almost a structural wonder, but I just want some of the beer underneath. A bit of patience finally yields a second sip. It is still pretty well carbonated, but I can now notice the flavors a bit better. Lightly tart and quite dry, it is still quite fruity tasting. Almost floral like in its expression of apricot and peach flavors. This beer is incredibly light, very quaffable, and would be perfect on a hot summer’s day. The carbonation only contributes to the perceived lightness of body. I could perhaps use a touch more sweetness, but I wouldn’t want much; I have a feeling that this went into the bottle with a touch more sweetness, which is why it is so incredibly carbonated now. Apricot is one of those fruit flavors that I like from time to time, and this certainly is an ejoyable quaff. apoptosis (1316), Long Island, New York, USA

It is thin and watery. Not much going on. Only the essence of apricot remains...not even any malt presence, really.
