Nice easy drinking brown ale - bubbly, thin and citrus/sour up front followed by a nutty sweet and chocolate malt, vanilla coke, almonds; a little bit of hops at the end. This beer looks very invitiing - deep brown, tan head, nice lacing. Of course, this bottle was sent to me from Matta!

Brown, small white head. Chocolatey nose. Thin, with some roasted chocolate flavors, medium bitter, metallic.

Malty, somewhat chocolatey nose. Subtle, tangy hops. Dark browned crimson color. Aroma was amazing - a roasted malt explosion. Smelled rye bread, pecans and some tobacco. Fairly weak mouthfeel. I'll stick with the Pale. Thanks matta!

Large tan/light brown head, chunky. A very dark brown ale, almost black with red highlights. Slight malt and hop nose. Medium body. Roastiness and a pleasent hop spiceyness on the palate. Finish is dry.

Draft at Dunedin Brewery in Dunedin, FL. This beer had a small sized tan head that contained fine-large sized bubbles that mostly dissipated. The body was uncarbonated and opaque with a brown hue. The nose was malty, caramel and chocolate. The flavor was hops and malt with a smooth and thin mouthfeel. This was a medium bodied beer with sparse lacing.

TheDM and Hotstuff vacation brew 112. This draft brew was sampled at the brewery in Dunedin Florida. This brew poured a head with fine to large sized light brown colored mostly diminishing bubbles that left behind a semi-opaque brown colored body with no visible carbonation. The aroma was that of a medium strength brown malt hop mix and the mouthfeel ws tingly and lingered with a brown malt flavor that was thin and weak. The brown malt flavor was nice, but only tempting as it needed more of this flavor to be good.

Thanks to mabdoney for sending this out! Pours a dark brown with a ruby hue. Strong, fluffy tan head. Nose is malt, and nuts with a hint of smoked wood, and, dare I say, celery. The taste reveals more of the malt and nuttiness but brings forth some hop character. There is a slight lingering bitterness in the aftertaste, but other than that, this is pretty good stuff!

Probably one of my favorite of Dunedin Brewery's beers. A nice deep yet soft brown color, with hints of various malts (including coffee and chocolate) on the nose. Very smooth on the palate with a nice pinch of hoppiness.
