| 3.1 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 2/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 14/20 | Nov 22, 2004 Bottle literally exploded after opening. Poured a huge head that settled way too quick. Aroma is corn along with mellow hops. Taste is a little spicy, which I wasn’t expecting from the style, but somehow works. Not an ale unless the spiciness is actually an infection but drinkable none the less. DocLock (4648), Lower Pottsgrove, Pennsylvania, USA
