Apr 1, 2007 (22oz bottle) Large white head atop clear straw body, nice lacing. Aroma is medium sweet, cereal, lemon, light herb. Taste is mild sweet, grass/lemon, some cereal. Watery light body, some crispness, light chalk.

Mar 19, 2005 Poured a lightly hazy, medium golden color with a smaller white head. Aromas and tastes of spices and grass. Light sweet malts in the tastes as well. Thin body.

Sep 30, 2008 by Dunedin on tap–pours a white head that laces and yellow color. Aroma is sweet light malt/grain-some caramel. Taste is light malt/grain-caramel, secondary continental floral/English-earthy hops, (some diacytl?).

Nov 12, 2006 Updated: Nov 13, 2006Bottle... Tank’s TapRoom, Tampa... Clear golden ale with a small, creamy, white head. Fruity, malty nose with an apricot and tropical fruit blend. The flavor mirrors the nose, but is a bit perfumey. Well-balanced. Light to medium-bodied with fizzy carbonation. Crisp, clean finish.

Nov 19, 2008 Draft sample at brewpub. Poured clear copper color with an average fizzy white head that was mostly lasting with good lacing. Moderate grainy citrus aroma. Medium body with a smooth texture. Medium bittersweet flavor with a medium sweet finish of moderate duration. My expectations where met with a soft drinkable beer.

Sep 13, 2004 Thanks to Degarth for this. Pours dark straw with a big, creamy white head. Aroma of malt, hops, citrus, slight fruit. Tastes malty, hoppy, fruity. Smooth palate, medium to light, with a slightly dry,citrusy finish. A decent kolsch.

May 31, 2007 Bottle, shared by DuctTape. Enjoyed outdoors at Christie Pits during a Toronto Maple Leafs Baseball game. Seems appropriate since Dunedin is the Spring Training base for the Toronto Blue Jays. Fluffy white head, decent lacing. Funky grassy aroma. Light lemony astringent bitterness gives way to pleasant citrus bitterness. Average palate. Quaffable but unexceptional.
