Draught, Redlight Redlight
Reddish-amber and cloudy. Sweet cherry, light spic and some nice malts. Smooth, spicy with lots of malt. Well-balanced and rich. It gets a little thin at the end but overall I like the sense of balance this brew has.

on tap-pours a dissipating to a ring tan head and copper color. Sweet medium malt, fruit-cherry, faint yeast. Taste is sweet medium malt, tart fruit-cherry, faint yeast, musty, faint earthy hops. Semi-dry. OK/mild carbonation.

Draft… Hazy orange ale with a small, creamy, white head. Good retention. The aroma is big on gingerbread. Full-bodied with a lightly creamy mouthfeel and dancing carbonation. Sweet, malty, spicy flavor… gingerbread-like. Spicy, sweet, mildly bitter finish.

On tap @ brewery. Pours clear copper with off white head. The aroma comes across as rather fruity with cherries, prunes, figs, raisins and then plenty of winter spice that seems like coriander, cinnamon and cloves. The taste is fruity too like the nose starting with semi sweet cherries and moves toward figs, prunes and dates. A mild raisin and peppery-ness cuts the sweet fruitiness for a moment as the coriander, cinnamon and cloves come to the surface. I also get a faint caramel and malt sweetness that rides along the back of the flavor experience.

Draught, Redlight. Warm, hazy copper red amber glows in goblet. Cinnamon, clove, cherry, juicy and spicy aroma. Higher carbonation than the Great Lakes, which I had side by side. Flavors are similar to the aromas with lots of cinnamon and clove. Cherry too. Good holiday flavors.

Draft at Redlight Redlight. Pours a hazy reddish-copper color, with a small, foamy, off-white head. Settling quickly to a wispy film with a prominent edge, the cap leaves minimal, spotty traces of lacing on the glass. The aroma shows light candy sugar, maraschino cherries, raisin, and some estery Belgian yeast notes. Flavors follow suit, sweet up front from the dark fruits and sugary malts, with a lightly tart charry overtone that turns a bit acrid on the finish. There is a slightly medicinal feel overall. Medium bodied, with balanced carbonation, the finish is slightly dry and yeasty. Decent brew.

On tap @ Redlight. Ruddy medium-brown color, slightly cloudy white head. Balanced grain and cinnamon, clove spice notes, slight sweetness, a lot of cinnamon in particular. More sweet taste, lighter cinnamon, mild finish. Decent overall, actually had some farmhouse character present.

draft at redlight redlight. Musty, yeasty, aroma with sweet malts, light colored fruits, green grapes, hints of cherries, maybe even dried figs. Pours a reddish amber with golden sides and a thin white head that dissipate. Hints of cherries as soon as it hits your tongue, then turns to sweet malts, sugary, with a slight tartness, very smooth with spicy yeast. This is a really really good beer.
