Clear garnet with medium beige head. Aroma is ginger, light anise. Taste is medium sweet, ginger and nutmeg. Watery light-medium body. Gets boring in a big hurry.

Poured a medium, clody orange color with an averaged sized off white head. Aromas and tastes of spices, nutmeg and cinnamon. Lightly sweet. Although on the spicy side, its not that bad The body was a little on the thin side.

Moderate amounts of DMS offers an unpleasant facet to that otherwise pumpkiny, spicy, leafy beer. It pours with a limited off-white head that covers a yellow-orange robe. Quite buttery in mouth, still quite vegetal and both of the effects dont manage to combine into an interesting mix with all that spicy nutmeg/ginger fighting going on. Light-medium body, low carbonation, quite sweet.

Sparkling clear, amber/copper ale with a small, fizzy, off-white head. Decent lacing. Lots of spice and malt in the aroma... pumpkin pie and Juicy Fruit gum. The sweet, spicy flavor matches the aroma exactly. Light-bodied with a watery mouthfeel and soft carbonation. Short, sweet, spicy finish!

Bottle at Cock & Bull, Sarasota, FL. Poured hazy brown color with a large fizzy white head that was mostly lasting with excellent lacing. Moderate spicy sweet yeasty aroma. Medium body with a sticky texture. Heavy sweet spicy flavor with a medium sweet finish of moderate duration.

Whoa, Nelly, is this one under-rated. More under-rated than a free buffet at a whorehouse. Thanks to beer handy for this. Pours slight turbid copper with aroma of malt, huge spices including cinnamon, ginger, and nutmeg, some fruit, and even Concord grapes. Tastes malty, with more spices, concord grapes, and a toffee element. Yes, the spices are huge, but I did not find them overpowering at all. Plus, I found this one to be very comlex and very well balanced. I’ll drink this beer any day of the week, and then beg for another. Dunedin beers are better than they are rated, and they don’t even seem to get any love from the homeboys. Do you feel me, players?

Spicy cinnamon hides beneath a cloak of butterscotch and cabbage in the aroma. Hazy tan body with dense and lasting, fine bubbled, off white head that leaves some lacing on the glass. Strong pine and biscuity, gingerbread flavour with some higher alcohols and light butterscotch. Spices are apparent in the finish. Medium light body with spritzy effervescence. Bottle sampled at DenverLogan’s GABF wrap-up.

Golden brown hue with a nice frothy off-white head and very good lace. Big spicy aroma of cinnamon, nutmeg, white pepper, toasted malt, ginger, pear. The taste had a malty backbone but the name of the game hear is spice. But for all the wonderful spice, it doesn't overpower, which is a good thing. There is undertone of bitterness on the finish. This medium-bodied brew has a lively and dry mouthfeel. I'm hard to please when it comes to spiced holiday beers (which is the style this beer should be), this brew is a very nice winter brew from a state that doesn't know what winter is. Thanks Matt for the brew!
