Feb 24, 2008 From draft at Stogies and Stouts 2008, Dunedin Brewery : Pours dark brown, with a big time head. Nose is very strong, some malts, and a weird veggy smell i cant but my finger on. Taste is ok, some roasted malts and a little hoppyness in the middle. Medium to thick body, with a oily feel.

Jan 7, 2008 Bottles shared at fordest’s tasting. Flavors of some chocolate and roasted burnt malts. Not the best tasting stout but still pretty good.

Jan 7, 2008 22 oz bottle shared with Ibrew2or3. Nice dark pour with a decent head. Aromas of chcolate and roasted malts. Flavors fell off a bit with touches of wet cardboard, but it had aged for a while, Dave told us. Overall, not too bad.
