Commercial Description:
Named after a local band, this Scottish style Stout is extra mean due to the hefty helping of roasted and black patent malts combined with a generous helping of North Western Cascade hops.

From draft at Stogies and Stouts 2008, Dunedin Brewery : Pours dark brown, with a big time head. Nose is very strong, some malts, and a weird veggy smell i cant but my finger on. Taste is ok, some roasted malts and a little hoppyness in the middle. Medium to thick body, with a oily feel.

Bottles shared at fordest’s tasting. Flavors of some chocolate and roasted burnt malts. Not the best tasting stout but still pretty good.

22 oz bottle shared with Ibrew2or3. Nice dark pour with a decent head. Aromas of chcolate and roasted malts. Flavors fell off a bit with touches of wet cardboard, but it had aged for a while, Dave told us. Overall, not too bad.
