Flavor, thick grainy; wheat palate with some lingering citrus hop elements. CaptainCougar (5379), Rockville, Maryland, USA Jun 15, 2009 On tap at the brewery, March 2008: Pours a cloudy golden with a thin, spotty-lacing white head. Aroma of lightly sweet pale wheat and mild citrus. Body starts with average viscosity and decent light pale malty and wheaty sweetness before a crisp, drinkable finish. A pretty standard, but drinkable wheat beer. hopscotch (5440), Vero Beach, Florida, USA Mar 30, 2009 Draft… Murky, deep golden ale with a small, fizzy, white head. Spicy, grainy, cracked wheat nose - no real hefe esters or phenols. Medium-bodied with prickly carbonation. Sweet with a snappy, dry, wheat and hop bite. Spicy, fruity, wheat-dry finish. Beershine (2678), Hue, Vietnam Feb 20, 2009 At brewpub. Hazy gold with heavy banana in the sweet aroma. Grainy background. Sweet body is cakey with some tapioca and vanilla going on but ends up thin and thankfully dry in the finish. Tmoney99 (4660), Cincinnati, Ohio, USA Nov 19, 2008 Draft sample at brewpub. Poured clear yellow color with an average fizzy white head that was mostly lasting with good lacing. Moderate sweet citrus & wheat aroma. Medium body with a sticky texture. Medium sweet citrus flavor with a medium sweet finish of moderate duration. Balanced drinkable soft beer. Miver (551), WillowStreet, Pennsylvania, USA Jul 3, 2008 Draft at brewery. Poured pale yellow in color with a small white head. Aroma of wheat with a little citrus. Taste of wheat, citrus, fruity esters. Body was a little thin, but certainly not a bad brew. refreshing. Quake1028 (633), Tampa, Florida, USA Mar 8, 2008 Draft at Florida Brewers Guild Beer Fest 2008. Full rating updated as soon as I am more coherent. aobecksy (661), Middle of no where, Ohio, USA Aug 30, 2007 Yellow in color small head and little lace. Smells like dried bananas, taste like chalky bread: more like a bad hefeweizen rather than a worse wheat.
