The aroma is soft (muted) with roasted chocolate and coffee notes. The body is black with a fluffy (classic nitro) thumb sized mocha head that lasts for the whole beer. The first sip is big with chocolate and coffee. Nice toasty and roast malt accents through the middle. Some sweet cream in in the finish. Smooth and creamy feel all the way through. Well made beer.

Tap at the brewery. Pours to a really dark black body with dark red hues around the edges. A long lasting densely packed creamy tan head sits on top. The aroma is a strong dry coffee bean and typical Irish stout aromas. The flavor is really good for a 4.8% beer. Rich cold extract coffee meets that astringent black malt. Some light walnuts. The palate is really drying and leaves you wanting a glass of water. Slick texture. Medium body up front but light and airy on the finish.

On tap @ Oldsmar Tap House. Roasty aromas, hints of coffee and burnt chocolate. Pours cloudy tan and settles into a dark black with a very densy and thick tan head. Very smooth flavors, roasted barley, coffee, burnt chocolates with a good bitterness. It has a great mouthfeel, very thick.

On tap at Mr. Dunderbak’s without Nitro and put on a surger. Pour is black with a one finger tan head that lasts leaving great lacing. Aroma is of light roasted malt and coffee. Taste is the same as aroma but a little more pronounced. Medium creamy mouthfeel with a mild amount of bitterness and dry finish. Very good.

Draft @ Oldsmar Tap House: Mahogany brown pour and creamy white head as expected on nitro. Heavy, rich roasted notes throughout, some traces of sweet milk. Flavor is smooth toasted chocolate malts, some toffee, and a creamy, roasted finish that lingers on the palate. A very nice offering from Dunedin.

Tap handle said "Brewmaster’s Reserve Nitro Stout". Draft at Redlight Redlight. Pours a dark but translucent mahogany brown color. A thick, creamy, beige colored head displays excellent retention, leaving a thick sheet of foam all the way down the glass. The aroma is very roasty, with notes of baker’s chocolate, coffee, cream, and bitter, earthy hops. The flavor is roasty and creamy, primarily showing bittersweet chocolate and fresh coffee. Substantial, creamy body. Great little session stout. This is what Guiness is supposed to be like.
