Beautiful amber color with a thick off white head.
Well balanced aroma of malt and hops is repeated again in the flavor profile. Very smooth creamy mouthfeel delivers a beer that is nicely malty at the start and wonderfully bitter in the finish. Nicely crafted Amber Ale. austinpowers (2828), New York, New York, USA
| 3.8 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 18/20 | May 21, 2004 This is my favorite Dunedin beer of the ones I’ve tried. I think it’s delicious! I was afraid it’d be hopped to the gills and darn near undrinkable, but the hops are mild and there’s a blend of both malty sweetness and a citrusy sourness (faint, though) that’s complex and enjoyable. The hops are strong enough to add a mild punch and their aroma is terrific. A very fun beer to drink. BIGC (29), USA

Slight carbonation towards the top. Delicate malt sweet taste with a pretty good hop finish. goldings were left on the palate. not pasteurized and not too shaby for a florida beer. might go well with pub grub. npdempse (931), St. Petersburg, Florida, USA

Flavor dominated by diacetyl, is kind of musty. Not coming up with really great beer, these Dunedin folks, but an A for effort. hotstuff (3183), Indiana, USA

This beer formed a small sized tan head with small sized bubbles that were mostly lasting. The body was uncarbonated and transparent with an orange-brown hue. The nose was malty and some caramel notes and the flavor echoed the nose. The mouthfeel was smooth and this was a light-medium bodied beer with sparse lacing. thedm (3837), Fort Wayne, Indiana, USA

This draft brew was sampled at the brewery in Dunedin Florida. This brew poured a medium sized head of foamy fine to large sized long lasting light brown bubbles that left a transparent light brown colored uncarbonated body. The aroma was that of a light read ale malt and the mouthfeel was smooth and flat. The flavor was that of a light brown malt. Rastacouere (5565), Montréal, Quebec, Canada

The taste is on the sweet side, but unexpected flavors make it more interesting than the sum of its parts (cigar, peat). Hop bitterness is restrained and lead to a dry finish supported by a creamy body. MartinT (5080), Montreal, Quebec, Canada
