| 3.7 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 4/5 | 7/10 | 4/5 | 15/20 | Feb 1, 2009 Pours a deep amber color with a nice initial fizzy head that settles to a thin layer. The aroma is caramel malty, some floral hops and a bit of cereal. This beer tastes a little sweet but also a touch roasty, quite a bit of the caramel malts I got in the aroma, creamy, and fruity hops rounding it out. Slightly dry finish. This is quite good and very well-rounded. Thumbs up to Dunedin for putting out a solid product in a style that is typically quite boring.
