May 29, 2009 750 ml bottle from a trade with thecheeseman. 2007 vintage. mindblowing. this is one of those brews that shocks you and makes you wonder why you ever would drink anything alse. pours hazy golden with a dense white head. aromas of flowers, pale malt, spice, some funky sourness, aged spicy hoppiness. my mouths waters after every sniff. the flavour is so complex. ever sip is different. pale malt, hops, funky sourness. i dont think a beer could be any more enjoyable. i wish i had an endless supply. thx for the bottle dan!

May 26, 2009 Botella. Yeasty fruity bit tart aroma. The flavour is yeasty with fruits, flowers and something herbal. Pleasant bitterness. Refreshing brew.

May 24, 2009 Bottle - 750ml. Superb cloudy golden body with average, lasting white foamy head. Fresh hoppy aroma with banana and coriander hints. Its sharp, well balanced taste carries herbal notes and hides the alcohol perfectly. Ends with a long bitter/herbal finish. Another excellent Saison from Dupont.

sweet dry wild yeasty aroma, subdued but real nice. reminds me of spain (not that spanish beer have this aroma) and summer somehow.
flavor is dry , brett, sweet, balanced.

May 15, 2009 Murky gold with a thick white head and nice lacing. Aroma was malty and very complex with hints of spice,fruit and a lot of things I couldn’t identify fully. Flavor was also complex with coffee and malt hints.

May 14, 2009 Bottle. Moderate aromas all around. Grain and hay for the malt, lemon and herbs for the hops, musty and barnyard for the yeast, and background notes of white wine, clove and pineapple. Head is large, frothy, white, with good lacing and is fully lasting. Flavor starts lightly sweet and moderately acidic, then finishes lightly acidic and very lightly bitter. Palate is light to medium, watery, and has a lively carbonation. Nicely balanced, complex and an easy drinking Saison.

May 10, 2009 On tap at Zeno’s. Great farmhouse aroma funk, wheat, yeasties. Floral and aromatic with light hops and orange blossom. Golden amber pale clear with thin off-white lacing head. Medium watery body with medium carbonation. Starts sweet with wheat and pilsner malt flavor. Light herbal-floral hops character and orange blossoms. Bready. Medium floral after with light chalky taste. Really nice saison.
