Yeasty fruity bit tart aroma. The flavour is yeasty with fruits, flowers and something herbal. Pleasant bitterness. Refreshing brew. Eructoblaster (1477), Gatineau, Quebec, Canada May 24, 2009 Bottle - 750ml. Superb cloudy golden body with average, lasting white foamy head. Fresh hoppy aroma with banana and coriander hints. Its sharp, well balanced taste carries herbal notes and hides the alcohol perfectly. Ends with a long bitter/herbal finish. Another excellent Saison from Dupont. Grain and hay for the malt, lemon and herbs for the hops, musty and barnyard for the yeast, and background notes of white wine, clove and pineapple.
