Golden, sparkling colour. Yeasty, peppery aroma with pear esters. Some Bernie Worrell understated funk appears amidst typical Dupont yeast feast. Spicy, dry, slightly acidic. A fun take on saison, brining Dupont and Pipaix closer together.

Spicy aroma (cloves, coriander), a bit fruity (mango). Good Belgian body, dry malt, spices, lemon peel, upcoming strong bitterness. Very different, but good anyway.

Gold color, creamy head; nice perlage. Aroma of cellar, wood, cork, old hop flowers. Very good Strong Belgial Ale, malty, that has lost some sweetness due to the long aging; strong final bitterness.

From the Bottle at the Falling Rock Tap House, Denver 26/09/2009 Some malt aroma. Golden coloured and a little hazy in appearance. Bready and strong in alcohol with a crisp slightly dry and bitter malt finish.

Bottled 75cl (BBE 09/2010)
Pale yellow, a bit hazy color. Good big white cloudy head. Fruity aroma of apricot and peach, some alcohol and grassy notes too. Grassy with strong presence of yeast. Yeast in the bottom of the bottle, makes palate tastier and fruity.
