Golden orange color with huge white head, that keeps growing. Dusty aroma of grass, pale malt. Earthy, lightly sweet flavor with a bit of sourness. Effervescent mouthfeel with nice carbonation, very dry finish.

750 ml bottle that is 1 year old. Pour is a hazy gold with a nice white head. Aroma is spicy and tart with sweet malt, citrus, lemon, pepper, and fruit. Flavors of yeast, citrusy fruit, lemon tart, funk, and alcohol. I have actually enjoyed other saisons more. This one is just to alcoholic. I like this style to be light and refreshing unlike this one.

Bottle: Hazy yellow colour, with a nice creamy head. Aroma of citrus, flowers, sournes, som maltynes in the end. Flavor is fruity, citric, flowery, and a nice citric/sweet mix in the end. Medium to full body, and a nice medium fruity/sweet/citric finish. This is a great beer!!

Simple sample still superb. Fine & funky, fruity and, and and Okay enough alliteration or whatever. That this stood out in a tasting of other equally fine beers is definitely something of a testament. Or maybe I just liked the label.

Clear gold with little floaters and a massive rocky white head. Crisp, tart, apple, mineral funky aroma. Big bodied, soft and alcoholic. Fruity esters dominate with some spicy hops and yeast. Finishes with some bitterness. I wish I had a few to lay down.

Cloudy yellow/gold, with a white head. Aromas are spices, yeast, grass, and citrus. Flavors are spices, yeast, citrus, and alcohol. If this were a touch sweeter, it would make a really good beer a great one. Thanks to matta for this bottle.

37,5 cl - Slightly hazy golden body with a big white head leaving thick lacing; Very BE triple yeasty nose, spiced; Full carbonation on full body, balanced, complex, bitter, slightly spicy harsh; Long spicy yeasty finish, lots of spicy aromas, very settled, only a very small amount of acidity otherwise quite bitter.
