Golden coloured. Nice aroma of hops and flowers. The flavour is more fruity and malty.

Bottle (750ml): Hazy, golden to orangey coloured; solid fruity and herbal-hoppy nose; robust sweet-bitter flavour, medium to full bodied; lingering bitter-sweet and fruity finish with tart, but mild aftertaste. Very fine Saison.......

SuperSaison …Intensity in the doughy yeast and spicy hops…Immensity for the cushiony cereals (barley and wheat?) and grassy bitterness…Boozed up Vieille Provision Saison Dupont, yet wise and reverend...An irresistible Dulcinea under 10 degrees Celsius...

Bottled: Hazy golden coloured. Beige dense head. Yeast, wheat and fruit in the nose. Flavour is spiced, yeasty and has loads of fruit. Is sweet. Is nicely fruity in the end. This is a good one.

Bottle courtesy of moejuck. Pours clousy with a white head. Smells grassy with some mellow citrussy highlights. Tastes grassy with some perfumey notes. Light and drinkable but rather basic.

2006 bottle at Kulminator. Very bright pale golden appearance. Aroma is quite herbal and grassy with a soft earthiness and a bit of hop character. Very aromatic. Fresh wheay spiciness up front. In many ways it reminds me of Moneuse, but the herbal character doesn’t dominate here, as it does there. Well-balanced and quite tasty.

(75cl bottle) Cloudy, pale golden colour with a massive, slightly off-white and persistent foamy head. Light-sweet, vinous-fruity (mandarins) nose, slightly wheaty with distinctive spicy and herbal hoppy notes. Light-bitter flavour, full bodied with an extremely well-matured and mellow carbonation. Yeasty, slightly wheaty and fruity taste with early arriving spicy herbal hops, lingering into the lasting moderately bitter finish. Superb brew (12.03.08).

2004 750ml shared by jeffin7. Murky. Soft fruity, estery and fluffy delicate nose. Flavor is moderately sharp and lightly acidic, with frothy hay and mild alcohol noticed. Festive, full, yeast and tripel-like at times, but certainly funky and well-aged. Great stuff.
